Biza Connect Terms of Service

Welcome to Biza Connect. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biza Connect website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Biza Connect is a technology platform that connects employers, manpower suppliers, subcontractors, freelancers, and candidates. Biza Connect facilitates introductions and business opportunities but is not a party to any employment, staffing, subcontracting, or commercial agreement between users.

Biza Connect is not an employer, recruitment agency, manpower supplier, labor broker, or contracting company.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your account information current.
• Notify Biza Connect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate professionally with other users.
• Respect the rights and intellectual property of others.
• Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

You must not:

• Create fake or misleading profiles.
• Post false or fraudulent job opportunities.
• Upload forged or misleading documents.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Spam or harass other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape or copy Platform data without permission.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including company information, job postings, profiles, and documents.

By submitting content, you grant Biza Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Biza Connect may request verification documents such as commercial registrations, VAT certificates, business licenses, identification documents, or other supporting information.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any user's identity, qualifications, legal status, or business practices.

All negotiations, contracts, payments, employment relationships, and commercial agreements are solely between the participating users.

Biza Connect does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of user information.
• The quality of services provided.
• Candidate qualifications.
• Supplier performance.
• Successful hiring.
• Successful project completion.
• Payment by any party.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Biza Connect does not process or guarantee payments between users.

Any subscription fees or paid services offered by Biza Connect will be clearly displayed before purchase.

The Platform, including its software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to Biza Connect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Biza Connect Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Biza Connect may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Provide false information.
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Harm the Platform or other users.
• Pose a security or legal risk.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Biza Connect makes no warranties regarding:

• Availability of the Platform.
• Accuracy of user content.
• Reliability of services.
• Suitability for any particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biza Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Biza Connect's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biza Connect, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law.
• Your infringement of the rights of any third party.

Biza Connect reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform and to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
